When do I pay the funding-sourcing fee?
The funding-sourcing fee becomes payable when a suitable funding opportunity has been identified and confirmed, and the Funding Sourcing Agreement is ready to be signed. Payment is made upon signing the agreement, before The GR Consultancy Group establishes the funder-beneficiary connection.
There is no charge for submitting your application, the initial project review or the preliminary funding search. The sourcing fee is paid separately and is not deducted from the funding you receive.
For nonprofit and social-impact projects, the fee is £450 per project/application.
For commercial and business projects, the fee depends on the nature and scope of the project.
OUR REFUND POLICY
The GR Consultancy Group is committed to fulfilling its obligations within the agreed terms and timeframe.
Our process includes a money-back provision where we fail to fulfil our obligations within the agreed terms and timeframe.
Where the refund conditions set out in the Funding Sourcing Agreement are met, the client may submit a written refund request.
The GR Consultancy Group will review the request against the agreed terms and process an approved refund within seven (7) days of receiving the request.
This provision reflects our commitment to professional accountability and to delivering the service agreed with each client.
